AFTER: As part of Management Committee, drove brand development and EBITDA growth from $1M to $88M over 11 years, creating the most enduring fitness lifestyle platform in North America.

As CDO, P2B authored the industry changing physical model for the lifestyle brand Equinox. P2B co-authored the blueprint for growth for the company from a New York centric, 3 location brand, to a 50 location National Brand. P2B was directly responsible for development, capital planning and plan execution for $600M in growth capital. P2B co-led with CEO the $200M buy out of founding partners in 2000.
